Marriage Contracts

Is you or your spouse contemplating divorce or a legal separation, but not entirely sure you are ready to give up on your marriage yet?  Then this is the answer for you.

A marriage contract is an agreement made by and between the parties, identifying their Rights and Responsibilities to each other. This is a legally binding contract. You will work with a trained mediator to identify what the reasons are for your marriage coming apart and why, and then negotiate a written contract between the two of you that will address the changes that need to be made in order to try and save your marriage.

In conjunction with this, you will be preparing everything necessary for the divorce or legal separation as well, which will go into a file and be saved, not filed.  If for some reason one or both of you fail to adhere to the terms you have promised to abide by in your marriage contract and decide to go forward with the dissolution/separation, all you have to do is give us a call and we will file of your documents with the court that week.  If not, they will just remain in that file indefinitely and no one will be the wiser. So you don’t lose anything by taking advantage of this option, if anything you gain because you are trying one last thing to save your marriage!
